New Protein Shake Recipes - Try these great tasting shakes out today!

Get energized for your upcoming work out and try some of our favorite recipes in our stainless steel shaker bottle. Smoothies and other shakes are a great to consume before a work out because they are filling and extremely nutritious at the same time. Because they are blended, they are also easy to digest, making the turnaround quick so you can get to training and convert that useful energy. Most pre workout protein shake recipes will benefit from adding vegetables as well, such as spinach or kale. This adds extra nutrition but won’t alter the already sweet and refreshing taste of the shake.

The Orange Julius Shake:
1 scoop of protein in vanilla
1 cup of milk
1 ½ cups of fresh orange juice
A handful of ice
1 teaspoon of sugar or sugar substitute

Shake it up!

The Chocolate-Banana Breakfast Shake:
1 scoop of protein in chocolate
1 ripe, mashed banana
1 package of instant breakfast
2 cups of milk
A handful of ice

Shake it up!

The Cinnamon Roll:
2 scoops of protein in vanilla
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1-2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
1 ½ cup of milk
A handful of ice

Shake it up!

Peanut Butter Cup:
2 scoops of chocolate protein
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 cup of milk
Egg white from 1 egg
2 tablespoons hazelnut creamer

Shake it up!

The Caffeine:
2 scoops of chocolate or vanilla protein
1 ½ cups of skim milk
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon sweetener
A handful of ice

Shake it up!

Feel free to substitute all milks with whichever version fits your diet, whether it’s whole, skim, almond, hemp, or even water. Use sweetened or unsweetened protein powder or whichever protein powder is your favorite. Hemp hearts, chia seeds, and flax seeds are other additions that add nutrition and density without altering any of the flavor. Whatever additions or substitutions you choose, you’ll have a pre workout shake that is high in nutrition and always cold and fresh in the best shaker bottle for the job.
