Accessibility Statement
Ice Shaker is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to improve the accessibility of iceshaker.com, with the goal of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What we're doing
- Reviewing our website against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and fixing the issues we find.
- Supporting keyboard navigation, including a "Skip to content" link at the top of each page.
- Allowing pages to be zoomed and text to be resized on phones and tablets.
- Using text and button colors with sufficient contrast.
- Adding text descriptions (alt text) to product and promotional images.
- Setting slideshows and videos on our main pages so they don't play or advance automatically.
Known limitations
Some parts of our website may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of the following and are working to address them:
- Some older promotional and landing pages have images without text descriptions or headings that are not structured correctly.
- Some controls in the cart and on product pages may be difficult to use with a keyboard or screen reader.
- Some features are provided by third parties, including product reviews, email sign-up forms, the product customizer, the store locator, and live chat. We don't directly control this content, but we report accessibility problems to these providers when we find them.
