Everyone deserves some apple pie and vanilla ice cream, especially after a long hard day at the gym.  Try out this protein packed dessert recipe that mixes perfectly in our insulated shaker cup.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Chobani Greek Apple Cinnamon Yogurt with Steel Cut Oats

6 Pieces of Ice

1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream Flavored Whey Protein

1 Cup of Low Fat Milk or Almond Milk

DIRECTIONS:

Add ingredients into the Ice Shaker bottle and shake until blended.
