Ice Shaker Beach Games Sweepstakes Official Contest Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Ice Shaker Beach Games Getaway Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Visit Myrtle Beach, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

2. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on February 5, 2024, and ends on May 10, 2024. ("Entry Period"). The winners will be announced on May 16, 2024.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, participants must comment on the designated social media posts OR submit a video entry via the designated entry form on the Ice Shaker Beach Games website. By submitting a video entry, participants agree to the terms and conditions outlined in these Official Rules.

4. VIDEO SUBMISSION RIGHTS: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants grant Visit Myrtle Beach the right to share, use, and distribute any videos submitted for promotional and marketing purposes.

5. ACCESS TO WINNER INFORMATION: By participating, winners agree to allow Visit Myrtle Beach to use their name and likeness for promotional content during the prize winnings.

6. GRAND PRIZE: One: 3-night stay of hotel accommodations for 2 people, subject to availability, a choice of either a golf or spa package for 2 people (valued up to $300) 2 tickets to a Myrtle Beach area mini golf course, 2 tickets for SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and a $250 gift certificate for dining, based on availability. Attractions and dining options will be determined by Visit Myrtle Beach. The following blackout dates may apply: Holiday and/or area Special Events weeks, including, but not limited to, the week before Easter, the week after Easter, the months of July and August, and Labor Day weekend.$500 Prize pack from Ice Shaker. The prize must be redeemed and travel completed no later than 1 year after notification of prize winnings. Any and all taxes, surcharges, personal expenses, and travel costs are the responsibility of the prize winner and are not included in the prize. ODDS. The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of entries received.

7. PRIZE SUBSTITUTION: No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the prize (or prize component) is allowed.

8. VIRTUAL MEET AND GREET WITH THE GRONKOWSKI’S: Winners will receive a Virtual Meet and Greet and congratulations with the Gronkowski’s. Zoom call with the brothers, timing based on available schedules and cannot be changed. Schedules to be sent to the winner one week in advance.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours of the initial notification, the prize may be forfeited and another winner will be selected.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Visit Myrtle Beach reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any problems or unauthorized intervention affect the administration, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Participants release and hold harmless Visit Myrtle Beach, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes.

13. GOVERNING LAW: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14. PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected from participants is subject to Visit Myrtle Beach's privacy policy. All personal information collected by Sponsor will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes. In addition, entrants are specifically opting in to receive email correspondence from, or on behalf of Sponsor, subject to Sponsor's website privacy policy. Sponsor complies with Federal CAN-SPAM guidelines and entrants may subsequently opt-out of receiving further emails. 15. The request must be received by May 10,2024. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Rules.

16. WINNERS LIST: For the name of the prize winner, available after May 16 2024, send your request in a self-addressed, stamped envelope Visit Myrtle Beach’s "Ice Shaker Beach Games" Sweepstakes Winner List, 1200 North Oak Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Request must be received by May 16 2024.
