INGREDIENTS:

6 Ice Cubes

1 Cup Milk or Almond Milk

1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder

2 tablespoons PBfit Powdered Peanut Butter

1 Teaspoon of Honey to Sweeten (Optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Add ingredients into Ice Shaker bottle and shake until smooth.
