INGREDIENTS:

6 Ice Cups

1 Cup of No Fat Milk or Almond Milk

1 Scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein

1 Peach Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt

DIRECTIONS:

Add ingredients into Ice Shaker bottle and shake until blended.
