The Tornado shake is the best and easiest morning pre-workout breakfast meal.  Toss these simple ingredients in your Ice Shaker protein cup and head to the gym. You will be fired up and have the energy of a tornado during your entire workout.

INGREDIENTS:

12oz Water or Milk

6 Pieces of Ice

1 Scoop Pre workout 

1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein

g, g, g, Sugar: 2g *With water

DIRECTIONS:

Put all ingredients into Ice Shaker bottle and hand shake until blended.
